Shipping Policy
At WAP – What A Perfume, we ensure your fragrances reach you safely and on time.
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
- Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
- Packaging Care: Every perfume is securely packed to avoid leakage or damage during transit.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Due to the personal nature of perfumes and hygiene standards, we maintain a limited return policy.
- Damaged / Wrong Product: If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the package and product.
- Exchange / Replacement: Eligible claims will be reviewed, and a replacement or refund will be processed accordingly.
- Non-Returnable Items: Opened, used, or tampered perfume products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Allergy / Fragrance Preference: As scent preferences are subjective, returns are not accepted based on fragrance liking/disliking.
Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
